NAVGAS LIMITED

NAVGAS is a 50: 50 Joint Venture between NIDOGAS and VITOL SA of Switzerland. The JV investment is currently constructing a 12, 000mt Tank Farm and LPG plant at 23, Creek Road, Apapa, Lagos, Nigeria. The first phase of the tank farm which is 8000mt capacity is ready and has been commissioned.

NAVGAS was formed to fuse the downstream skills, experience and infrastructure of NIDOGAS with the upstream strength of VITOL to form a business combination that will effectively deliver LPG to all Nigerian at reasonable cost.

Also under construction is a modern Jetty with a Laden Draught of 11.5 metres and Length Over All (LOA) of 130 metres that can berth high capacity vessel like the MAYFAIR vessel recently purchased by VITOL to service NAVGAS downstream requirements.
